A couple of things worth knowing

What counts as "school size"?

Total pupil roll at the school, not the number of pupils who actually go on trips in a given year — it's a flat annual fee per school, not a per-trip or per-pupil charge.

What happens above 2,500 pupils, or for a group of schools?

Multi-campus groups and larger single schools are priced individually, since the right structure (single contract vs. per-campus) varies enough that a fixed number wouldn't actually be fair in either direction. Get in touch and we'll work it out together.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
